Professional Equality Index

What is the Professional Equality Index?

The Professional Equality Index is a measure introduced by French law to evaluate the pay gaps between women and men, as well as the gender distribution among the ten highest salaries within a company. This index, scored out of 100 points, must be calculated and published each year by companies with more than 50 employees.

The Index Analysis Areas

The Index, scored out of 100 points, is calculated based on 4 indicators when the company has between 50 and fewer than 250 employees:

The gender pay gap.

The gap in the distribution of individual raises.

The number of female employees who received a raise upon returning from maternity leave.

Gender balance among the 10 highest salaries.

**At Sahinler, equality between women and men is a fundamental value.
Since our company is composed predominantly of women, the pay gap indicator cannot be calculated according to the standard criteria. As a result, our Professional Equality Index is calculated out of 60 points instead of 100.**

To ensure better understanding and a clearer comparison with other companies, we have chosen to present our result on a 100-point scale by applying a proportional conversion.

We remain committed to fostering an inclusive and fair working environment for everyone.
